In high school and middle school in Puerto Rico, most of my best friends were Jewish. This, in the context of a 85% Roman Catholic population, with the other 15% being mostly Protestant, does catch some people off guard.

I went home to Lawrenceville Wednesday with the intention to spend some time with my younger sisters, and maybe watch The Incredibles on DVD with the youngest. What I got was a 3 hour long lecture/interrogation from the elder parental units after dinner.
